Clients

  • Any underlying health conditions (for example- pregnancies, medications, allergies, recent surgery) must be addressed before treatment and may result in adjustments of treatment or for treatment not taking place.

  • Any changes to your health must be brought to my attention before all treatments and may result in treatment unable to take place.

  • Clients will follow pre and after wax care.

  • 18+ for intimate wax

  • 16 and over for non body wax with parental consent

Payments and Bookings

  • Advanced bookings are required

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Deposits are required to confirm your booking

  • Deposits are transferable if you reschedule within 48 hours otherwise it will be lost and you will have to pay another deposit to re-book.

Cancellation policy

  • 48 hours notice is required for cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable even if appointment is cancelled

  • The waxing corner has the rights to cancel any appointments due to sickness/emergency in that case appointments will be rearranged if not possible on this occasion deposits will be returned as it is out of clients control.
